If you are sick and you don’t know why, know: Your body doesn’t lie.
Your body communicates to you when something isn’t right! Are you listening or are you putting on bandages to cover up the cause, and make the symptom go away?
When you don’t deal with the issue, it manifests itself through physical symptoms and can lead to cancer, auto immune diseases, and you getting sick! If you don’t deal with the cause, you are only managing a symptom! If you want to heal yourself, then the core issues need to be addressed.
You hear stories how a person had cancer and they cut it out. A few years later the cancer comes back. Why? You thought they “got it”. No, they didn’t “get it”. They cut it out; but from a cellular standpoint, the body is still producing those cancer cells and the core issue was not dealt with.
Sometimes you don’t need to cut it out; you just need to deal with your part in it which will release the “cancer” that is in you. In some areas, the illness will have progressed so far that you need to cut it out, and then deal with our part!

Yes, it can be scary to look at some areas of your life that you are holding on to. But imagine what life would be like if you no longer were holding on to those issues, and you resolved them.
Often times we hold on to things because it is familiar, and we don’t know any different. We are afraid to let go because we don’t think we can “live without it”, or fear seeps in and we don’t choose to deal with the issues. Imagine how much lighter you would feel if you released what is holding you down. You don’t need to suffer!
We sometimes don’t see it because we don’t have anyone mirroring back to us who we are. Who do you have in your life that you respect, who is a person of strong character and morals, that mirrors back to you who you are?

Your body responds to the way you think, feel, and act. This is one type of “mind/body connection.” When you are stressed, anxious, or upset, your body reacts in a way that might tell you that something isn’t right. For example, high blood pressure or a stomach ulcer might develop after a particularly stressful event, such as the death of a loved one. The following can be physical signs that your emotional health is out of balance:
- Back pain
- Change in appetite
- Chest pain
- Constipation or diarrhea
- Dry mouth
- Extreme tiredness
- General aches and pains
- High blood pressure
- Insomnia (trouble sleeping)
- Palpitations (the feeling that your heart is racing)
- Sexual problems
- Shortness of breath
- Stiff neck
- Upset stomach
- Weight gain or loss
Poor emotional health can weaken your body’s immune system, making you more likely to get colds and other infections during emotionally difficult times.
What are your symptoms? Why do you have them? Only when you are ready to deal with the source of the problem will you be able to live a life in Optimal Health and live the live you were created to live.
